You could paint a fresh coat of a fun yellow on a wall, If you aren’t feeling like so much work, you could add a vase of fresh flowers, and brightly smelling candle to give a pop of freshness.
Add Color to Your Wardrobe- You don’t have to stick to dark neutrals in winter just because it’s dark out. Add an orange scar for healing and peaceful feelings, a lime green top to balance your mood, or a red vest for energy.
